The new harvest is here, fresh from the Maremma!

From now on you can order our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from the 2021 harvest in our online shop. We harvest our olives with great care and take them to our local mill immediately after harvesting where they are processed gently and purely mechanically.

Extra virgin olive oil with particularly low acidity

As in every year we have had the acidity of our product determined in the laboratory and are looking forward to a particularly good result of 0.12% in 2021! Acidity is crucial for the quality of an olive oil. Only with a value of less than 0.8% may an oil call itself "extra virgin".

In the last few weeks, we have taken you in our stories on Instagram and Facebook (which you can watch again here) to the Maremma, where we have harvested our olives by hand.
