Again and again, we ask ourselves the question: How can we package our natural cosmetics even more environmentally friendly? With MarbleBase labels and jars made of opal glass, we are taking the next step.

The DesOlive® brand stands for products that we owe to nature. Protecting and preserving nature is therefore one of our goals and a matter close to our hearts. In addition to the organic certification of our products, we also want to make our packaging even more sustainable.

MarbleBase labels

We have just come one step closer to fulfilling our goal. Our body lotion, our foot balm, our day cream and night cream will now carry Marble Base labels. All other DesOlive® cosmetic products will also receive the new labels with the start of the new production. Marble Base is an innovative material that uses waste resources generated by marble quarrying. The material stands out positively and up to date due to its velvety feel and matt finish.

Opal glass jars

Another component of our sustainable company philosophy is the new packaging of our foot balm. From now on, we have changed it from PP to an opal glass jar. The jar is timeless in appearance and can be easily disposed of in the green glass bin and is therefore reusable and recyclable.

• Made from 80% marble mining waste and up to 20% recycled polyethylene.
• Based on recycled material (upcycling).
